Forty people now work for Lascaux. A key concern of the management, which is comprised of company owner Barbara Diethelm Schmidt and
Kurt Morgenthaler (Production) to harness the valuable input made by each and every one of its employees on a daily basis and achieve a fully functional entity.

Whenever an artist reaches for a Lascaux product, he or she knows that it has passed through the hands of many specialists in the course of its manufacture. The artisan’s craft and meticulous care are essential to each stage of production as the product is gradually created, until finally it attains its full potential in its application.
